We aim to process orders within 24 hours of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. Typically you should receive your order within 2-3 days (US). If you need a bag very urgently please get in touch and we’ll be happy to do what we can.

If you are in the USA you will not have to pay any customs fees. Other countries may be subject to customs and duties, depending on the exact country. EU imports are now subject to import vat and sometimes duty, depending on exact country.

Do we offer discounts for multiple purchases?

Where do we ship our products from?

We have stock in the USA, so all orders are shipped from there.

Do we have an affiliate scheme?

We do have an affiliate scheme offering attractive commission to our travel buddies. Contact us to sign up as an affiliate.

What is our returns policy?

We’re confident that you’ll love our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase we’ll provide a refund if you return the product to us in unused condition within 30 days. You will be responsible for the return postage cost. Please contact us if you think your product has a manufacturing defect.

What’s the difference between the Arcido Bag and Faroe?

The Arcido Bag is the product that launched Arcido. Made from waterproof canvas, it’s fully padded and features a removable laptop harness as well as hideaway straps. It ships with an airport security-compliant washbag and documents holder.

Faroe is our follow-up product, and whilst roughly the same size, has less padding and is lighter weight. The laptop compartment is adjustable but not removable. We’ve used a grey Kodra fabric which is really durable and lightweight.

Do you sell travel accessories on their own?

Yes, we sell the washbag and documents holder separately. Please contact us if you would like to purchase these.
