How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE Shipping to UK / USA / EU, when you spend $50 or more. 

Orders less than $50 shipping is $5-10 depending on product. 

For other countries, the cost varies from $10-$50.

You can check the price by adding to cart and choosing "calculate shipping costs" 

How quickly will I receive my product?

We aim to process orders within 24 hours of payment. You will receive a confirmation from us once your order is shipped. Typically you should receive your order within 2-3 days. If you need a product very urgently please get in touch and we’ll be happy to do what we can. 

We also offer express service for UK / USA orders. 

Do I have to pay customs fees?

If you are in UK or USA you will not have to pay any customs fees. Our warehouses are located in Manchester and New Jersey, and we pay the appropriate import tax. Other countries may be subject to customs and duties, depending on the exact country. 

Unfortunately since Brexit our EU deliveries have been subject to import VAT. We are working on a solution for this. 

Where do you ship your products from?

We hold stock in both UK and USA. Our UK and European orders are sent from the warehouse in Manchester, USA orders are sent from New Jersey.

We use a variety of providers including DPD for UK & EU, UPS and USPS for USA. 

Do you offer discounts for multiple purchases?

Please send us a message. We’ll be happy to give you a discount on multiple orders.

What is your returns policy?

We’re confident that you’ll love our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase we’ll provide a refund if you return the product to us in unused condition within 30 days. You will be responsible for the return postage cost. Please contact us if you think your product has a manufacturing defect. We have a 5-year warranty if your product becomes defective due to a manufacturing fault.
